Convenient location near Al Aqsa Mosque and Damascus Gate. Modern interior compared to other nearby properties. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well-organized. Perfect choice for visits to Palestine.

We had a wonderful stay at a new and spotlessly clean hotel. The staff, especially Ghofran, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to the Al Aqsa mosque and other major religious sites. The modern facilities and comfortable furniture added to our overall enjoyment. We also loved the balcony, which provided stunning views of the Al Aqsa Dome. We highly recommend the Saladin Boutique Hotel for its convenient location and excellent service.
Everything about our stay was great! 👍

Free WiFi? Great, now I can post all my fabulous pictures from the terrace. The 24-hour front desk was perfect for all my late-night demands. And a restaurant serving international cuisine? Well, I didn't fly all this way for boring local food.
Oh, how I missed having an airport right next door! Sigh, Ben Gurion, why do you have to be so far?

Exceptionally clean hotel with excellent facilities, balcony room with great view, superb location, helpful staff including Ghourfran who went out of her way.
Nothing at all.

The terrace was delightful, but I had to fight off the seagulls for my croissant. The staff at the front desk were available 24/7, just in case I needed to complain about the seagulls.
Who needs free WiFi when you can have a high-stress stand-in cleaning crew on Fridays? So much excitement!

As a disabled guest, I really appreciated the helpfulness of the staff and the hotel's accessibility features. The receptionist, Ghofran, assisted me with luggage and made sure I had everything I needed. The location of the hotel was perfect for me and my wife, as it was close to Al Alqsa Masjid and other attractions. We enjoyed the comfortable and clean rooms, as well as the beautiful view of the Al Aqsa Dome from our balcony. The hotel's new and spotless facilities made our stay exceptionally good.
Felt like home, no reason to complain.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the terrace. Sitting there, we felt like we were on top of the world, with breathtaking views of the Dome of the Rock and the Garden of Gethsemane. It was like having our own little slice of paradise amidst the bustling city. The terrace became our sanctuary, where we could unwind and soak in the beauty of Jerusalem.

The hotel had great views and clean rooms. It was conveniently located near all the attractions. The staff was helpful and friendly.
I wish there was an elevator because climbing stairs was tough. , the restaurant wasn't open yet, so finding breakfast was a bit of a hassle.

We recently stayed at a fantastic small hotel in the heart of the old city. The location was perfect, with major religious sites, shops, and restaurants just a few minutes away. The modern facilities, excellent A/C, and Wi-Fi made our stay comfortable, and the friendly staff were always there to assist us. We had balcony rooms that offered a bonus view of Via Dolorosa St. and the upper floors provided stunning views of The Dome of the Rock. We would definitely choose to stay here again.
It would have been helpful to know beforehand that the hotel doesn't have an elevator. Additionally, the AC in our room didn't work on the first night, leading to a noisy and uncomfortable sleep.
